After a mesmerising set at City Recital Hall back in July, Sydney's own Tangents return to the stage for an up close and personal performance at Waywards on Thursday 26th October, continuing their journey through hybrids of electronics, rock, dub, noise and free improv. In the words of FACT Magazine, “the quintet are so comfortable working with jazz, folk music, post-rock and electronic music that they comfortably hang in a space between them all.”
In line with their diverse influences and exploratory spirit, the quintet will be joined on the night by the bass-heavy, feedback drenched noise rock of Narrow Lands and Kcin, the highly visceral new project of Australian drummer/producer Nicholas Meredith.
This is an 18+ event.
