JACQUES EMERY maintains an eclectic practice as a double bassist, performer, composer and collaborator. His work as a bassist has brought him to international jazz festivals, and he is in demand in many creative projects in Sydney across domains of live performance, recording projects, and performance art.
The 3 artists are all working towards new solo recordings in 2022. The evening will feature their new works together in one free flowing set, drawing parallels and contrasts between one another and highlighting the acoustics of the NNC.
