Tempe Jets, the spawning pool that has sustained exploratory music for near on a decade is drying up, breathing it’s last death rattles, gaseous whistles, and muddy pops, as the sentient primordial ooze that is the disembodied lifeblood of all experimental music must relocate to find a new nourishing host.

The end is nigh.

To celebrate the end of our residency (2015 - 2024) Splinter is presenting a Final Cut, a Party, a Fester... Come listen, eat, chat, dance all afternoon and into the evening.

Program includes Splinter Orchestrations, Prophets, Laika, Bad PhotoGraphy, Dismal Co, Nic Cassey and Danny Wild, Moo, Laura Altman/Bonnie Stewart/Melanie Herbert + MC Tony Osborne.

This event will take place on unceded Aboriginal land: Gadigal and Wangal country, of the Eora Nation. We wish to acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional custodians of this land, on which we’ve had the privilege of sharing our creative practices and building community for the last decade.
