Lauren Tsamouras is a pianist, composer, and improviser specialising in Jazz and Improvised music. She leads and composes for her contemporary jazz/improvised music duo Another Green World who released their debut album "Mytera" in March 2023. Ensembles and projects Lauren is currently a member of include Pharos, led by Hannah James; Volant led by Matt Ottignon, and Hinano Fujisaki’s Home Is. In 2021, she was nominated for the Jann Rutherford Memorial Award.

Three Improvisers at the forefront of Australia’s jazz and creative music scene come together to present a set of songs, improvisations and electro-acoustic soundscapes.

Mike Nock’s career has spanned a broad range of contemporary music and he is widely recognised as a master pianist, composer, and one of the most important voices in modern Australian music. Joining him in this recent trio configuration is long-time collaborator Laurence Pike, a prolific and internationally acclaimed drummer, composer and producer in his own right, and the outstanding young trumpeter Tom Avgneicos, who has established himself as one of the leading jazz improvisers and composers of his generation. An intergenerational meeting of the spirits not to be missed.
