Join us in Sydney’s newest music warehouse for a Sunday afternoon of playfulness and creativity with experimental installations, musical machines and performances by Australia’s most adventurous creators.
Clarity Engine features new Australian works from Climate Notes, an installation and performance project by Anna McMichael on violin and Louise Devenish, percussion. The works will be presented both in video installation and live music performance, alongside an interactive letter wall that attendees can contribute their own ‘climate note’ to, and floristry displays using garden waste from the Botanic Gardens.
Clarity Engine also includes a tactile and sound experience by composer Liam Mulligan; "Body in a Box" by composer/media artist Dahyo Lloyd and dancer, Emily Yali; ‘Music for Potatoes’ by Liz Jigalin and Lewis Moseley’s sound sculpture for electric guitars and dildos.Milliken, Dylan Crismani and Daniel Blinkhorn. New works will be commissioned for the program by young Sydney composers.
